Also another issue is how can they take out a $250 deposit but not refund it back right away? It's such an inconvenience.
After I called him out and told him how he was treating me and acting he switched all the way around and acted like the victim saying oh I didn't mean to come across that way...
I have nothing but positive thing's to say about this enterprise. Especially Mark he goes above and beyond the call of duty. He works his arse off to make sure you're happy. Big thanks to him. He runs an amazing business. I highly reccomend if you need a rental to come here.
I was treated like a criminal when all I needed was a rental for a few days. There was no reason to be treating me like I was going to steal the car. I felt very discriminated and Mark was honestly very unprofessional.
On Saturday I came in to get a rental car because my car's rear window was broken. When I showed up the Manager Mark came out and asked me for my last name so he could pull up the reservation.
I took the car just because I REALLY needed a car, but in the future I will never go back to this location.
Update: The manager called me back and righted all of the wrongs that were done here. However, they really need hire better employees that know how to treat their customers respectfully. A++++ FOR THE MANAGER THOUGH!!!!
Shortly after he said okay for 5 days the cost will be this amount plus a $250 hold. I told him okay I would like to just pay for 2 days right now because I was not aware of the hold, and then I will extend it out on Monday just because I want to make sure there are sufficient funds in my account.
Enterprise is the only company I've ever used I love them! But this location has provided the worst customer service I have EVER experienced. I recommend Enterprise highly. But my advise -DO NOT VISIT THIS LOCATION!!! The employees are rude and highly unprofessional.
If I could give this location a zero star rating I would without hesitation...
I booked a car at 6:00 pm, I didn’t think to look at the hours of operation, it’s my fault for assuming that if you’re able to book at 6:00, they will be open at 6:00! Wrong. I took an Uber to Enterprise we arrived a few minutes after 6 and the doors were locked. Thanks for ruining my day Enterprise! Maybe only allow people to book until 5:30 if you close at 6...? Also I feel like you owe me $13 for my round trip Uber
He then said that's not possible to do I can't switch the reservation. I need everything paid now. I asked him if he could just cancel it and do a new one and he started going off in a very rude unprofessional way about how he always gets screwed over because people change the reservation last minute and then they don't want to return the car back and he has to go through the trouble of hunting down the car... I told him you have all my info I don't see what the problem is. He said it doesn't make a difference, people can steal a car.
I came here for my first rental car experience. I will never go to another car rental location again! Dawn is an awesome manager. She gave us a free upgrade and it turned out to be a car that I had been dreaming of owning for the last year! The car was very clean on the inside and outside. Everything was signed, submitted, and shared electronically. Dawn has the perfect balance of professionalism and friendliness. I felt like I was talking to someone I had known for years when I was with her instead of a stiff car rental employee. I would highly recommend renting a car from this location!
