Everyone at ParaQuad has been beyond wonderful! I needed a new van so bad, and they had one that was perfect for my needs. They worked with me so I was able to take delivery of the van in time to be able to travel to my grandson's wedding in it...saved my life! Even when I made a very expensive "operator error", they got me right in to fix it, and were more than fair on what they charged me to fix it. If you're looking for a vehicle with a wheelchair lift, don't waste your time looking anywhere else! Thanks Blayne, Norma, Bill, Andrew and anyone else I didn't remember to mention!
I've been taking my vehicles to Paraquad since 1985 back when Ken Twitchell and his son Brent owned it. I have stuck with this company through the years, through several subsequent owners, through all my vehicles because they are the best. Even after moving to Arizona, I continue to take my vehicles to them. They have even fixed problems that others have created. I hope they remain in business for years to come--at least my lifetime.
We would like to thank ParaQuad for always treating us with kindness and understanding. We broke the wires in our lift and stopped in early today and they helped us fix it with a used part and didn't charge us anything. What a kindness to someone who was hurrying to get on their mission with their daughters. Thanks again ParaQuad.
Excellent company. Business is run with the paralytic in mind, and not some dumb store that sells recliners and doesn't understand the needs of the gimp.
