Wes and his staff are amazing. We had such a great time. They treated us like we have been friends for years. This was our first time here. I definitely recommend this place to any one. This is a really fun place to take the kids. The dunk tramps are a blast with multiple basket sizes for everyone. Dodge ball is always fun and there are two large open areas covered with tramps. The foam pit a lot of fun too. You have to buy nonstick socks when you get there for jumping but they are pretty reasonable. Once you have paid for the first hour you can buy a second hour for only $5 per jumper. Warning to the old guys: Be careful trying to keep up with the kids, my back is pretty sore after jumping for an hour.
Wow! The Wairhouse is a top notch facility!! The management and staff are excellent and there to make sure you have a great time and stay safe. They have everything there you can think of to make sure the whole family (even infants and non-jumpers) is entertained and comfortable. Exciting atmosphere for groups/parties or a just day out with your kid(s). Love it!
Was a lot of fun - and I appreciate that the bathrooms were clean and the arena was pretty clean even though there are kids everywhere. I wish the little kids area was fenced or booked off so older kids can’t come in and run the little ones over. However that being said - most jump places I’ve been too have no place for kids under two at all - so I liked that there was an area for smaller kids to play while older sister goes and gets her energy out. I think this was the best tramp park I’ve been too in Utah and we’ve been to a few. My older daughter immediately stated she wants her birthday party here - so I think it was a hit.
Overall, my kid and I had a blast on all the different trampoline sections. The Basketball hoop area was our favorite and had some fun in the dodge ball area. It was real quiet Wednesday night, which was nice. I could imagine it being crazy packed and that doesn't sound fun at all. The reason I took 2 stars off is due to the fact that they have their employees literally follow you around and watch you. I completely understand the need for there to be supervision in a place like this. But it felt a lot more like security than it did supervising. We felt pretty uncomfortable the entire time cause we had a teen following us everywhere and just watching us with their arms folded. I would suggest installing a couple extra cameras and supervising that way. And then send someone to deal with an issue if need be. Don't just follow your paying customers around. I would be willing to give this place another try, I just hope they relax on the security a little bit.
