2. They say that if they damage your furniture that they will reimburse you. It is even in the contract you sign which you must make sure to get a copy of. They damaged mine pretty bad and I have yet to See payment. It had been 1 year now and I have called numerous times.
I had a pretty good experience with this company. Nothing amazing but they were on time, the guys were respectful and no damage was done. I'd recommend them.
4. I noticed a review that said "nice LDS company" or something. REALLY!? It's shouldn't matter what religion they are as long as they are honest, professional and refundable. All of which this company is not.
I cannot say enough how much you should NOT use this company.

If I could give this company no stars I would. My boyfriend and I hired this company to move us. We called them a week before our move. They let them us know that we would have 3 movers and that they would be at our place Saturday 8/6/16 between 12 pm - 2 pm then they let us know that they needed a 100.00 deposit. We gave them the deposit received an email receipt that the deposit was made. On the day of the move we had not heard from the movers my boyfriend and I tried to call them to confirm that they were still coming no one answered in the office we left several messages and none called us back. Its is now Monday 8/8/16 and we have still not heard from this company as to why were no showed when they have our money. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!! less
1. Showed up 4 hours late. The girl on the phone said they were doing another job that had more than they thought. The mover showed me the texts and he didn't even know about my job until an hour before he got there. So they forgot about me even though it was scheduled 4 weeks in advanced and I called to confirm.
3. You will never get to talk to the owner. He makes his manager do all the customer service and won't let her give out his info other than email and he won't respond. He's a coward and a poor business owner.
So I called up movello moving on July 31st to schedule a move for the next weekend, Saturday (August 6th) Whoever I talked to went over all the details and scheduled an appointment, he said there would be a $100 deposit to reserve the move (which they immediately charged me and I got an email receipt/confirmation before we even hung up the phone) So by Saturday I have everything ready to move. It comes to the time window I was given no one shows up or calls. I figured they would be running a little late, so I waited. An hour, two, three hours go by and still have not heard a thing from anyone. I tried calling multiple times and each time no one answered and I left multiple messages, not a single call back. So its 7pm no calls from movello, no one has shown up. So I start moving boxes myself until I broke my foot and my lease was up on Monday. So I had to find another moving company that would move me on Sunday, had to pay double the price for another company to come out the next day and move everything for me. After I got all moved I still continue to call Movello, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday just to even find out what happened and had left several messages by this time. Still they did not return any calls, and then they answer their phone Wednesday afternoon. When I finally talked to someone on Wednesday they said they had no idea and that I was not on the schedule at all (even though my I had an email confirmation from the receipt) they had no excuse at all, did not even say sorry for what happened. When I tried to get my money back they claimed they did not charge me anything that it was only an authorization (which was not true because the payment cleared on my card) So instead of them giving me my money back I had to dispute it with my bank to get my money back. As a business owner myself who has many, many positive reviews If I were to do business like this I would not be in business very long! Again, you should stay away from Movello moving, they don’t show up or call, take your money, and then don’t return it.
