I met with Chris from Black Diamond experts. My Furnace/AC we're due to be replaced. Chris took his time explaining options and recommendations for my situation. I was also told my new system would be installed by a highly qualified expert(Justin). Justin arrived early and called ahead of arrival. Highly recommend Justin, he took his time and made adjustments to my existing vent system so that it ran at the highest level. I believe Black Diamond when they say they only use experts. Justin was a professional.
These guys are the best, if you need anything done, electrical, heating and air they are the ones to go to. I had to have a gas line installed and the electrical outlet behind the stove changed and they did a wonderful job. Justin Koontz and Corbyn Boyd worked on the gas line getting it installed and Kyle Shaw changed the plug in to accommodate my new gas stove. Thank you for a job well done.
Customer service is everything in a company + Black Diamond was beyond incredible during every step of our electrical work. From the initial (very detailed) quote by Jared on our 90-year old house, to the friendly dispatchers who always picked up the phone (thanks Rocky), to the AMAZING crew that worked on our house for 4-days (Michael, Bryce + Bryan). Michael was the lead on our job + I felt so lucky we had such a caring, detailed + talented electrician keeping our family safe. The communication during the 4-day job was always open + extremely clear. The team arrived early each day + stayed late until the job was finished. There were no surprises on the final bill + the house left clean + ready to move in. I will always recommend + use Black Diamond. Great company + so appreciate the awesome customer service!!!
Black Diamond Plumbing did a good job. They were friendly and helpful, even going the extra mile. The reason not 5 stars is that while they did a fantastic job (replaced a whole tub/shower valve, pressure regulator valve and shut off knob), their bid was high. We needed the work done, they had great reviews and so we choose to have them do it... and indeed they did a good job. However the COST to BENEFIT trade off... a little heavy of the cost side, in our opinion. Let me be clear... enough so... that should we need plumbing work again... they wouldn't be our first choice... only because of price. IF price is not a concern to you... these are your guys!
Just when I was about to give up hope for quality home service in Salt Lake City, Black Diamond (Justin and Marcos) provided world-class service replacing the furnace and AC in our home! They met their commitments and exceeded my expectations. They were the ultimate professionals, and took great care to protect the interior of our home while they worked. They paid close attention to details - like not letting our cats slip out the door - and they constantly communicated to me an accurate status on their work. I will never use any other HVAC company but Black Diamond.
